"I go there and they keep sending me back and forth to the GP first saying we havent got your prescribtion, then saying weve lost it and all the while its there! The GP says theyve scanned it! and they insist its not there! and the GP is even worse saying we cant give you another prescribtion!? I would really complain from both, service is absolutely unacceptable and staff are rude they dont even have the manner to apologise!"

"AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Handed in my prescriptions and the lady told me to come back the following day at 4pm. I let her know that I had run out of my prescriptions and that I needed them asap. She told me not to worry and that they would be ready for collection the following day. I went there the following day and they could not find my prescriptions at first. Then they found them and told me that I would have had to wait for the following day again. AVOID. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Update: went back today to collect my prescriptions and they told me to come back the following day again. I have been 3 days without medication because of their negligence. I asked to get my prescriptions back and went to Park Road Pharmacy (Super professional). Please don’t take chance with this “pharmacy”."
