"Sick of standing waiting on staff having to hunt for prescriptions. Waited for over 10 minutes to hand in prescriptions on friday. Told it would be half and hour. No problem with that. Not all prescriptions available and after 45 minutes got some. Was asked to come back later in day for item they had ordered. Returned at 4pm and told it would be in after 2pm Saturday or available Monday first thing. Went in at 2pm Monday. Still not made up and pharmacist on their break. Have been asked to return again later. It's just as well I have a bus pass as it would cost a fortune getting to and from chemist's. This is a recurring problem with staff hunting for prescriptions. They are pleasant people but must be as frustrated with lack of organisation and lack of space as customers are."

"If you look younger and are male bring id to pick up a prescription. It’s not legally required but apparently the new pharmacist likes to make “sure “ anyone who wears a tracksuit is who they say they are."

"A lot more busy than the chemist round the corner but that’s due to its place within the community. This is where I always get my prescription and I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours (peak COVID) for it to be filled. They have been fantastic during the current pandemic and for the time being will I continue to fill out my prescriptions here. Staff are professional and friendly. They’ve also built a rapport with the locals which again can make this chemist a lot busier due to the excellent service. They’ve been excellent at following COVID restrictions and enforcement when needed which is understandable considering they are essential workers and have been open throughout the entire pandemic. If this is close to either your GP or your home, I would recommend that you use chemist on the next opportunity. Don’t let the franchise name fool you as this particular chemist has a local feel to it and the staff are consistent. Be aware however, as again, it can be incredibly busy here and the long queues can be off putting but this is more or less because of social distancing and store occupancy limits."

"Do not go here if your in a hurry. Very busy chemist Use orderline if you can I don't get your prescription gets sent away to be for filled takes up to 10 days and the patient dont get a say in ir. All most as if they are doing you a favour. Let's hope our chemist return to being just that our chemist. Been a customer here since Eddie Blythr so that's a few years. All Iam looking for is a chemist who can deal with my diabetic condition foefill My scripts and should I need advice be made to feel like a second class citizen before I even get to speak to chemist. Once you speak to chemist it's a locume who don't know ya."
