"What a disaster of a shop . ordered a piscrption from the online service , waited a week to make sure it woyld be in my local pharmacy . Visited pharmacy monday Wednesday, told still not in stock . Called Thursday and was told medicine was there , visited again on Friday and told they didn't have the medicine after all . WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY SHAMBLES"
"Having moved my prescriptions from another pharmacy due to insane queueing times I thought this chemist would be better. On the plus side: Staff are competent, knowledgable &8/10 times have items in stock. Downside is that their are often huge queues & periodic mixups with repeat prescriptions and Depending which one is on, the pharmacist can either be quite pleasant or very sharp as I heard her with a telephone client today (loud spoken) Queues are probably part because of the pandemic & current lack of face to face appointments with GP's"
"It’s been the same for years. Terrible waiting times wheather you come back for it or wait in store. Don’t understand why it takes them nearly an hour to get a prescription ready and boots can do it in 10 minutes. I know where i’ll be going in future."
"I don’t believe that any of the staff divulged that information. People don’t realise that there are 5 doctors surgeries that the pharmacy collects from, often hundreds of prescriptions daily, and all the customers that bring in their prescriptions themselves. If people could see what goes on behind the scenes they wouldn’t be so quick to question waiting times. And heaven forbid anyone should get a lunch break!"
"Yes we are at times under pressure and understaffed. But we work as hard as possible as a team. as fast as we possibly can making sure we do our job correctly."
