"Martial arts with FSMA is the best activity I’ve signed my son up too. He’s gained self confidence, determination and resilience. Having looked around for a group before signing up - I found other providers could not meet the needs of my son who is autistic. Arron and Sarah take time to get to know each and every member and there is minimal pressure placed on the candidates to be the best they are all encouraged to be there best self. Other groups have a sense of pressure to be better, you won’t find this with FSMA. Arron and Sarah go the extra mile to help members settle and then they run holiday clubs to allow for progression in a fun way. You can sign up for a trial and there wasn’t any pressure to stay. 6 years later my son can’t wait for the next session. Samantha"

"Great Martial Arts School , very friendly atmosphere. The instructors are amazing and have time & care for all their students , they give massive confidence boosts to all of them, even the little Monster Tots (toddler Martial Arts) My grandson is 10 and just starting to train for his black belt , he also helps with the teaching of the little ones , he has gained so much from FSMA i cant thank them enough. So to all parents out there , get your bored lockdown kids signed up to FSMA and get them on zoom training and with much more to gain , Self Defence being one , every child/adult needs to protect themselves at some point or other in life and FSMA (FreeStyleSchoolOfMartialArts) is the place to start , you wont regret it , My grandson & I haven't , the best thing I done was signing him up 6 years ago.
