"I sought advice at pharmacy. Counter assistant then asked pharmacist & despite phoning beforehand & being told they could assist, this was declined. I was able to get the help elsewhere. The thing that then upset me was, I then decided to purchase an ointment that the counter assistant pointed out was on the bottom shelf adjacent to the counter. I was well covered up with a facemask & as I bent to retrieve the item the asian pharmacist very rudely told me to get back the assistant would get the item. The look on her face, I was so shocked I paid & left & will never be back. Unhelpful & rude - not the assistant!"
