"60min wait .. everyone under the one que it should be separate for those who wish to buy and those collecting a prescription, only two chairs for waiting as well , and the lady was making faces when given my order form. I’d you can’t handle people why work in that environment I don’t get it ?"
"This has got too be the worst pharmacy in the town… the staff are rude and unhelpful… a couple of weeks back I phoned 3 time’s in one week too check if my prescription was ready too collect before going too the shop… I was told that it wasn’t there for day’s and that it hadn’t been sent from the GP… eventually I my medication but by this point I was 4 day’s into withdrawal which made me really unwell… after speaking to the manager it became obvious that my prescription was there all along… Similar happened with my elderly mums prescription that was quite urgent.. she was just out of hospital after 14/15 weeks.. again I was told the prescription wasn’t there when all along it was on the shelf… staff just couldn’t be bothered checking properly…. I have used this pharmacy for a long time but it has been mainly for their opening hours and late nights… however this is pointless now as the shop is closed regularly due too having no pharmacists in the shop as medication cannot be dispensed when there isn’t a pharmacist present… I went for my medication a few weeks ago on a Saturday too collect pain relief that’s on prescription… the shop was closed but when I googled opening hours it stated that the shop was open…. Staff…. Staff are rude and unhelpful… anytime I phone too confirm my medication is ready before making the trip too the shop I am told “I can’t access the computer right now”…. Surely this would be easier than to have yet another queue going out the shop past the bus stop… I asked when I was advised of this if the assistant could physically check the shelf for me as I am on crutches with chronic pain… I was told no… unhelpful… rude… unprofessional staff… all of them… sometimes when I have gone in there has been several staff members standing talking about their social lives whilst ignoring me… leaving it sometimes 10 minutes before serving me…. I have now moved pharmacy for my own medication as well as my mums … the customer service I receive now from my new pharmacy is night and day…. Staff also wouldn’t accommodate me for a MAR sheet for my mums medication as it’s required for home care …. Terrible pharmacy… awful service… rude assistants… unhelpful assistants…. Prescriptions on collection are never correct as there is always something missing or wrong…. The staff can’t be bothered helping customers…. I am glad I have moved now… I would advise anyone looking for a pharmacy too avoid this one….!"
"An absolute shambles of a “pharmacy” I went in on Wednesday to pick up an emergency prescription that my doctor issued for a freestyle libre sensor as mines fell out and I had no other way of testing my blood sugar. I have type 1 diabetes. I explained this to the woman who was serving me who was extremely rude and told me the waiting times for prescriptions. I said I understand but this is an emergency. She had a “look” and there was nothing there. I called my Doctors who said it had been Collected by the pharmacy staff. So I stood back in the queue and the same rude server said it definitely wasn’t there and my doctors have a duty of care. I went into my doctors surgery who showed me they had done the prescription and sent it down. I went in to get my prescription today and low and behold it has Wednesday’s date on it. The pharmacy “manager” wasn’t dealing with me but looked down her nose at me over her glasses and reiterated the time for a prescription and I explained again that I know this but it’ is an emergency. She then proceeded to prance away through the back of the shop. The older woman who served me on Wednesday- I would say she is on her early 60’s was so unhelpful and had absolutely no empathy what so ever and the same for the “manager”. Also any time I get a prescription from here there is always something missing and I have to go back on and ask for it."
"Worst chemist in Wishaw, waiting time is ridiculous. I was the only customer in the chemist and 3 ignorant staff members kept me waiting for over 5 minutes before serving me. Staff need to learn some manners and will be taking my custom elsewhere"
