"Horrendous company. I want to move my pension fund but this cannot be done on their website. So I sent 3 emails, spent hours trying to reach them. Nothing, absolutely nothing back from them. This is a pure scam."

"currently been on the phone for 50 minutes spoke to two people and now waiting for a third to answer..........1 hour and a half later thought i'd got somewhere but no they have to send me an email then i ring back tomorrow and it will definitely get sorted they give me a phone no.they say will take me direct to a person who deals with these things ...........rang back today -after waiting to get through for ages finally get thru ..... talking to someone for 15 minutes then he tells me he cant deal with it .put on hold again finally get thru to another person who is confused and tells me they have to send me 2 more emails that will arrive in the next 5 days then it will be sorted ---------i am currently looking for a brick wall to bash my head against and have lost the will to live"

"Useless company! I have money invested with them and we not been able to withdrawal or access any of our own money! They still use paper forms and still have the old address with Dalkeith road printed on them, in spite of them moving head quarters over a year ago. This is not only inconvenient but means that people's personal financial information could be going to the wrong place! Luckily we knew this and sent our withdrawal form to the right address. We sent this form over three weeks ago and haven't received any money! We have been told that our request has been approved but the back office needs to send the money! We have been told that this could take between 2-57 working days! This is absolutely unacceptable as the money is needed urgently for further education! Furthermore they won't allow the money to be transferred to my account and a form allowing this to occur could take 69 working days to come! This is absolutely unacceptable and this company should be ashamed of how it treats its customers! On the plus side, the investment bonds offered are at a competitive rate but Scotish Widows really needs to sort out it's current administration issues and use online forms. Paper forms in 2021 is completely archaic and unacceptable! It appears that this company's management has really declined since the change of head quarters. To sum up, I would like to say the following four words to the company, GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!"
