"Great service from booking to returning the vehicle. The van was great, had everything you could need and more for your trip. No issues along the way but things in place to support should anything happen. We did the NC500 and it was more than enough room for 2 + 1 dog. Everything inside easy to operate even if you are first time campers. We felt confident with how everything worked before we left as everything was demo’d. Portal was useful for uploading documents so you could get on your way quicker. Sometimes I did struggle on mobile but that may be me and sure it will improve as new features are added! Everyone we dealt with were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be looking to book again for future trips! We had Delilah for our holiday. Thanks to the Staycation team ☺️"
