"I would give this DHL 0 stars if I could. We sent a package intended for the US last week and they are still "searching" for it. I am not sure how this service is allowed to continue running. Customer service help on this issue has also been terrible. Please avoid if you can."

"Mhh. Where do I begin. I went to post a few items of clothing to Nairobi for my mothers upcoming 80th birthday Saturday 7/12. I had done my research before going to use DHL. On there website they state that they charge according to box sizes. So I went and told the guy I don't have a box and if I could use their own box so as to know how much to pay for. He goes on the website and comes up with a value first he says 200 pounds by ups. I said I asked for DHL. A whole load of stories. Then we finally settle for 300 pounds with DHL. I said no ? Have you weighed the box. Very disagreeable character. So I said OK let me try Shandwick place. Ryman. I was gobsmacked when the guy did everything as the website said. Same dimension boxes. He packed my stuff himself in dhl box. Guess how much 138 pounds for a ten kilogram box! . So I don't know where the guy along south Bridge branch Edinburgh got all his prices from. Then he charges me 4 pounds for just a box he probably got for free somewhere else. Not a good experience . Where did he get those prices. And why such a big difference! So shady service! Glad I went elsewhere!"
