Reviews of QA Higher Education London Campus
"Not a good experience. The African guy in the reception is so rude to everyone. Not even once I haven't seen him nice to anyone. Wish he learns how to show some respect in a professional way. They literally hired a trash!"
"One of the worst institutions, I would say QA has been ruining the reputation of the original universities since the way they performed services or dealt with student issues would be considered as horrible. Lecturers are mostly irresponsible and unprofessional, there’re people don’t even know what’s they trying to teach students, when it comes to concerns or questions they redirect. Very rude and unsupportive somehow. If you are busy and need help with getting your work commented, trust me they’re gonna be annual leave or just give you some irrelevant feedback that would not strike on the required points, and when you failed, congratulations, they’re gonna turn you up and down. Everything is slow and incompetent. What they want mainly is profit but improving their services. The way they set up timetable is such dead end, illogical. I wish the original university would know this and this branch would be closed or at least restructured as the way they’re running it is unethical and clearly this is not what students deserve with the desires in return of their education investment."
"I am currently studying MSc. Intl Business with Data Analytics degree at Ulster University, London campus. The university is run by QAHE and not Ulster University directly. The program directors, student services, student welfare team and the campus facilities are sub-par. None of them know what is going on. Students are given last minute time tables for 2nd semester, giving them no time to prepare and there is a general attitude of disregard for student welfare, with zero planning and no consideration for student circumstances,..course directors are unreachable and extremely rude to students and the welfare team is just a show, in reality noone care for students. My classmates and I have been suffering at the hands of extremely incompetent and disengaged staff of the QAHE and I guess it because of the QAHE management. I would not recommend this university to anyone, even if they offered you a full scholarship, as the quality of education is poor and the student experience is the worst. I am speaking from my previous experience of having studied my first masters as well in UK university and I can tell the difference is stark. Stay away from this university."
"I really don't like any services of ulster university because my first semester is finished and I paid my first installment and still I didn't received my payment receipt and also qa finance didn't reply me.i sent many emails but still no reply Also from one month I continuously try to get my student oyster but still I didn't receive my student oyster I paid 20 fees for this as I sent mail to tfl and they told me that your university is didn't reply me for approval. Really such a bad service I have ever seen .they told me that within 5 working days I will send you your oyster but still it didn't accept the approval of tfl then how they will send it to me they always take your fees first but didn't reply I just want suggest all people please please please never select ulster university for you better future because it's not worthwhile. They like to take our fees first but not like to give their services this is not fair. And they are selfish when they need their fees then they will reply to you within seconds. Such a poor service."
"I'm Asking for my refund which I've paid £5510.00. It's been 45 days and every time I call them they say we'll pay you in 3 weeks, it's been 5 weeks now and nobody's responding. Finance department says we're not responsible for this, refund team will contact you, After an argument they transferred my call to refund team and the guy says I'm new and my manager is on holidays and he can't take that step. unbelievable service, it's a big scam this university. be careful people who wants to join this university just be careful them service is absolutely rubbish."
