"Went there for a haircut cut the other day. Good prices and nice hospitality. I feel that too much was cut off. Having said that it looks alot healthier. My stylist was nice enough but abit nervous. However it would have been nice to have seen the back. It was nice to have a cup of tea while I was having my hair cut. Next time choose a sink where the water taps are not so temperamental. Oh and I don't take to being told how to sit plus the receptionist nearly over charged me"
"I registered and paid for a course this Saturday. I got to reception at 8.45am and the person behind the counter told me to wait for the receptionist, when they arrived they told me to wait and it looked like my course was on, it wasn't listed on the scrap of paper that listed the cancelled courses. By 9.15am I asked if they knew what was going on, to be then informed the course was cancelled. I'd driven all the way there on a Saturday when they had plenty of time to let me know in advance. The organisation is shocking. Really poor experience and I won't be coming back."
"Booked and paid for a intro course, drove all the way there on a Saturday morning only for it not go ahead, no notice of cancellation."
"Not serious about adult education. Spent over 2 hours at their disorganised enrollment. Was told the following week the course had been cancelled, despite having paid. Then took ages for a refund to be processed. Stick with North East Surrey College for evening college, they run a much slicker operation."
