For you information I'm not familiar with Tamworth and was unaware I needed the right hand lane in the heavy traffic until I approached the signs saying so....... "This review is solely based on the intermodal terminal. Horrendous, 3- 4 hour Qs regularly. Poorly managed terminal with disillusioned and uninterested staff. Costing the local container industry thousands of pounds a day in missed and cancelled jobs, let alone letting down local businesses who are waiting for delivery's or to ship goods abroad. Cannot cope with the amount of containers, trucks and trains they have to service. Poorly laid out and inefficient."

"Do not undo twist locks until in the lift area otherwise you may get banned from the site. Strick health and safety rules. Generally quick turn arounds. Walk into the office on arrival and book yourself in for container lifts"

"Efficient, clean ,helpful and friendly depot.Park at start of shift, one minute later in transport office. Units nice and clean,well looked after and not old.With in reason drive make you prefer.Transport team very busy but still able to be pleasant, helpful , friendly and CIVIL..Could do with them showing DHL,Tesco,Asda and rest of pig ignorant bastards how it could and should be done! All in all, treated like a useful part of the team and not as,usually, like a piece of crap! Nice atmosphere, pleasant shift(!), thank you all Maritime !"
