"Meadows International Removals carried my relocation from Edinburgh (UK) to Milan (Italy) on July 2022. I had to move furniture and personal belongings. They have been amazing. Kevin was always available by phone or email to address any concern or request. They arranged my move with just 4-5 days notice and they were also available with a temporary storage service. Also, they were really knowledgeable in relation to the paperwork needed due to brexit (that is making everyone life more complicated). The items arrived all intact and on time and the guy who came with the van was lovely. Thank you very much!"
"This review is long overdue. I hired Meadows back in November 2020 to assist in shipping my belongings from Scotland to Canada. I really can't thank Kevin and his team enough for their professionalism, care and patience in the process. I was really nervous about my move and about finding a removals company that I could trust. There were no hidden fees, no surprises. Kevin was clear, honest and responsive. You can tell they actually care. I knew what to expect and how to prepare my belongings for the journey. Everything arrived in good condition. Highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed."
"The delivery was more than 1 month late not as we agreed on four days up to maximum seven days. Poor communication and costumer service. The price we agreed on increased by 200£ and extra charge of 50£ to pay by card. Meadows International sent my delivery with another company that aren't delivering to private persons and they referred me to a third company and they took out extra fees from me. Meadows International has not kept enough communication through this time and situation even though its their fault. My delivery was all other than well packaged and result of that was serious damaged all over and of course no compensation. I am deeply disappointed Late delivery Damaged items Bad communication Extra charges Poor costumer service"
"Amazing service! I moved from UK to South Australia. Meadows did a great job from start to finish. Kevin was very friendly and professional and gave us some good advice on what we could and could not take, what needed to be cleaned etc. The packers were really great, working so quickly. In Australia our shipment arrived with in the estimated time and the guys on the other end did a great job delivering and unpacking everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending Meadows international to others."
