"Well! This is my university where I am doing my MSc in Digital Marketing Management. I love the way this university is working. Very beautiful and well managed campus. There are many rooms and class and very easy to understand where to go and where not to go. Library is perfect. Photocopy machines everywhere. So overall its very good and nice experience. Highly recommended for the student who want to study in digital marketing in UK. I love it."

I'm a student here and they didn't allowed my parents to visit the campus. there was one Asian man at reception who was denied entry. instead, he told them to seat outside and was laughing when we were leaving without visiting the university to my family. What a great first impression my family got of the university."

"Worse experience… they just care about your money and nothing else. Do not ever consider staying here. The worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are extremely rude I can’t even express, always being horrible and demeaning to students. You will not get treated like a professional adult but more like a criminal in the building even if you have your own business and are a young successful adult unlike (compared to them) all the staff. The staff are all like robots especially the security talking to students and residents like it’s a nightclub. Staff act like they’re reading off a script and have no human feeling or empathy… DO NOT ever and I can’t emphasise this enough ever consider this building. Only if I could go back in time"

"This review has nothing to do with the actual university but the Marylebone reception customers service - Very Poor & Rude. I had a great experience being a student here, my lecturers were super helpful, the resources available in the building and online were great as well. Today I called Marylebone reception for an urgent query about my graduation & even before I could finish my first sentence I was transferred to IT / service desk. I called back & explained I was transferred to a department that had nothing to do with my issue and did not know which number to call for help. All I got back was the same woman with a NO, NO & I can’t help attitude - raising her voice at me & saying this was only a transfer desk and got transferred again to registry this time - who did not pick up. I just wish I had been listened to a bit more instead of rushing to transfer my query to the first department. There is no need to raise your voice, and make a person feel like a burden when calling for help. I have worked in customer service since I was 16, I know it can be draining but it is also understanding the other person on the line and try to help them solve their issue. At this point I am scared to call back again so not sure how I will get help but certainly won’t be calling this desk ever again."
