Visited on 5th March and experienced complete lack of customer service even though no-one else was in the store. By contrast Howdens Yate have been professional, helpful and precise in meeting commitments. Our fitter is now sourcing everything from Yate of course."

"Had an appointment booked for a Saturday, at 16:30 the Friday before they called and cancelled. Re-booked for another Saturday at 10:00. Sat waiting around until 10:30 when I had to call and chase them up. They then explained that they didn’t have any Design Consultants available today. Yet still left me to ring them and find this out for myself. Terrible customer service, they didn’t care at all when I called and weren’t interested in helping. Would not recommend, spend your time and money elsewhere!"
