"I've worked with them for a number of years and for as long as I can remember, they are one of the most unhelpful, rude, arrogant and inflated company I have come across in this sector. The worst thing is their products aren't even that great. I recently had a call from their accounts department who when I queried a payment, was told they don't have time to talk to me. This was the last straw and I asked for my account to be closed formally as I would never do business with them again. Steer clear of this company there are many others that do average appliances in the industry. Don't waste your time with them."

"Expensive TAT. New Kitchen, 5 Caple products, microwave, coffee machine fridge, steam oven, oven. Within 3 years every product has broken, unfortunately "out of warranty". No one local will touch them with a barge pole so had to get a "local" engineer from 60 miles away who cant come for 2 weeks. Their product is expensive rubbish, their service is rubbish, they have one man in tech support who says "its out of warranty, not my problem" avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
