"One of the worst experiences with the communication between students and the college, the people you call to get any info are working from home and not care at all ! Sometimes you just beeing hanged up on ! College should employ people who actually want to work and do their job properly."

"I was a student of General Business Management 2 years with Regent College, and I started this course during pandemic and almost took all classes from home. When I finished 2 years course I received a letter to attend convocation through online as well and I did. When I try to get admission on my 3rd year this year after summer holiday and I spoke to admission officer and she said you are not cleared your last semester. The reason of writing this, that the college did not even bother to contact me at all. I am still trying to sort this matter out by calling them but every time they said to email us. I have really bad experience with this college."

"I won’t recommend this college for international students the recruitment teams are thugs I have paid fees on behalf of nephew in August as he meant to apply for sessions in January but due to college email which is (We are writing to update you on your application process for the September 2022 intake. We regret to inform you that due to our current UKVI CAS allocation and high demand, we were unable to continue processing your application for this intake. We are carefully reviewing our pipeline for our next earliest intake. Please do let us know if you would like us to consider you for the April 2023 intake. Please note, this is subject to UKVI CAS allocation for that intake, so we are unable to guarantee a CAS till we hear back from the home office. Applied through refund serval time answer is you bank is incorrect or other excuse 2 days ago call the college and message the recruitment staff Danish did not receive the answer and the refund is only £500 which I am wasting my time to contact and trace"

"Admin is awful They clearly work from home as I often ring & hear children making enough noise I can't hear the person supposed to be at work asking me questions. You don't need your student id to be connected to the person your asking for but despite this the lady put the phone down on me as she claims it can't be done! It can.. This was after having me on hold for 5 mins listening to her & her kids interaction. Some teachers are better then others in all honesty. One particular teacher had passion for teaching which made his lessons 5* Another teacher had 0 passion and would just talk at us for hours"
