"Absolutely awful service, when I called I asked to pay card the driver turned up said it needs to be cash but he cab take me to a bank I missed my train due to this I have missed work tonight because of this I am extremely unhappy with the service provided the woman that qnswer tye phone is nothing but rude and stuck up and kept putting the phone down on me, I have recorded all these conversations and I am more than willing to email them to whoever it is that deals with these things within your company, I will never ever use this company again the cheek and the nerve of this company treating there customers like utter garbage"
