"These people charged me £400 to open an account with them and never informed me of the costs of any services they'd provide. One short one to one session and letter to my ex (stating that I have equal parental rights and that if she never resumed access I'd pursue legal action) later I get a letter of my own through saying that I owe them £74 as the cost of the letter and meeting was £474. In my opinion, these people make their living exploiting single fathers in vulnerable positions by providing a very basic service at a ridiculously overcharged price. If you want legal advice, do yourself a favour and go to citizens advice or just Google what to put in a letter yourself."
