"Didn't get to speak with a solicitor."

"This company does not do mediation. What they do is charge you £200.00 for an initial 1 hr phone call ( actually it was 40 mins not an hour, as they had ran over with other business). They don't appear interested if you state you don't want to take your partner to the cleaners. When they realised it was for mediation they stated they actual don't do this but could refer me to an associate outwith the company ( they advertise that they do family mediation) !!!! They also send you an email and post copy of a letter, why i have no idea - you get charged for both. My soon to be ex and myself sent replies stating we had decided to get our own mediator - this was sent the same time on the same day. I also asked for the final bill - They sent another email trying to convince me to go with their associated mediator - another charge. When i challenged this. They were not happy. I have now received a further email and letter - exact same and a further final charge of over £64. I was very vulnerable and feel a fool to have hired these people. Money down the drain."
