"ISEH is an example that you can have world-class physicians, world-class affiliation (UCL), command exorbitant fees (from GBP 150 per hour up to GBP 250 per *half an hour*, depending on the specialist - and still deliver garbage service. There is also complete lack of any holistic approach - it's just a bunch of individual specialists charging by the hour. It's basically down to the patient to pre-diagnose themselves. However, the real disappointment is customer service. Such level of incompetence and poor customer service I have not experienced anywhere in the medical world before (and that goes all the way to the upper management). The attitude seems to be "we're the best in the world, you're gonna come to us anyway, you're going to pay us a fortune - so we can treat you like dirt". Well... NO. There are other facilities and other specialists. Always. Thanks, but no thanks."
