This is your remark: Claremont House (student accommodation, Glasgow) Marc, the manager, Gillian, the assistant manager, Natalia, the amazing staff, Eddie, the lovely technician staff, and Holly, his wonderful and charming dog, who helps me to fly through the challenging storms, are all to be appreciated."

"I have stayed at Claremont House for over a year and have had a really positive experience with it. The location is ideal: close to UofG, Kelvingrove park, pubs, etc. The staffs are very kind and helpful. It's a relatively old building, so I encountered some maintenance issues occasionally, but they were all solved quickly."

"I have been staying at this location for about 8 months, and I have really enjoyed it. The location is actually ideal, being right next to the park and a brief walk from a number of relevant places (UofG, Museums, Great Western Road, etc.). The staff is all extremely kind, and the rooftop terrace is my favorite place to spend a sunny day."

"The only thing good about this place is the park next to it. I stayed here for 9 months and had an horrible experience with the management. I saw theft in front of my eye, therefore safety here is at bare minimum. The floors smelled of smoke and late night music would never stop even when you tell the management to do something about it. Lastly, I never received my security deposit back even when I mailed them with proof of deposit. I am being bounced around from one management to other without any practical explanation. I hope this was useful for people who are unsure about spending a premium without any premium service."

"Although they are great at advertising I would like to share my perspectives after living here for 8 months. The pictures of the sparkling blue room was advertised for the studio, however, I was allocated a room with the view of the dustbins. The washroom did not have any window or exhaust and after some time fungus started to appear on the walls due to lack of ventilation. Moreover, during the first lockdown they did not clean enough and there was a mice roaming around on my floor. Although this might be the case with me or my room I do not feel the price of 185 pounds a week for this is justified."
