"Had them out to do a valuation ... only really wanted to know the home report value no homework appeared to have been done on the property or area . I would have expected them to follow up to see if we were going to sign up .... but no follow up which makes me worry about how much effort they would put into selling the property ,why don’t they follow up potential sign up leads ???? They have also increased their fees for selling , I Would struggle to commit ...given the complacency being shown to potential customers ."

"Called three times, left two messages, and sent an email regarding viewing of a property they have in their stock, no answer, no replies, and obviously no professional conduct. Makes my selection process easier if you can't return a potential customers inquiries, can't imagine how well you fix or carry out repairs on priorities. If I could leave a negative star I would."
