"The company is operated by David and his partner Ed. David took me to see the property that was freshly painted and meet the current occupant. Minor work was still in progress when I received the keys. There were a few issues with the property initially (heating, hot water) and these were dealt with promptly. I stayed at that location for over 5 years and in that time exterior refurbishment was carried out by the local authority. I still see David about the town from time to time."
