"Worst agent I have ever dealt with. Would encourage others to stay away. Recently bought a home with damp issues on the kitchen ceiling when I raised these issues after viewing I was told they were dealt with. However upon moving in I found the ceiling worse than ever. Not to mention the leak in the roof which they hid after refusing to let us access the property to check it out. Edit: I can assure you my review is 100% accurate and was well aware the roof was classed as a 2 at the time of viewing. However after spotting dampness in a room cupboard I requested to look at the loft (bringing my own ladders) but was told I would not gain access again until missives were signed. In regard to the dampness of the kitchen ceiling I again called and asked if I could have a look at this to stop the problem from becoming any worse than it already was. I was assured by the Motherwell branch that this was a historic issue as you put it. However I walked in to find water all over the shower room floor and water leaking from the pipes below the sink. Given these issues and not being allowed into the property until missives were signed. My belief that these issues were deliberately hidden is not unreasonable. I'm happy to discuss this further and provide photographic evidence."
