"Well where do I start I am a tenner of and property and the owner Naveed has been lying to my partner and I from day one his work men are a bunch of cowboy builders they came out to fix the problems in the property last year and the problems still exist a year on and when I contact Naveed he does not seem to be bothered about the property and his workmen have told my partner and I that he does not care about his tennents it's all about money with him I am currently taking him to the first tier tribunel he can't b trusted . They are not price gougers which is more than can be said of competitors, they made a modest and more than justified deduction from the deposit when I left a property that they manage and they were always reasonable and generally attentive to our needs as tenants. Not quite good enough when dealing with a completely unaccountable landlord who refuses to pay for anything but this would not appear to be the agent’s fault"
