"5 star review as a great place, location and staff. We wouldn’t stay again as like most modern hotels the room is a sealed air conditioned box. I’m grumpy and like fresh air. Especially after a great night out drinking too much in Glasgow. Hey ho but that’s us."
"Took a while to get in, buzzers didnt seem to get through to the staff, a guest let me in. Facilities could have been better, no toilets on the ground floor near to the conference rooms. Staff were lovely though and the place was spotless. The lounge areas are a great idea."

"The hotel is in quite a good location if you are bringing your car and park at the Campbell Street multi story car park as the hotel is a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are small but nice and clean with access to shower and toilet via stylish frosted glass enclosure built into the room. You have access to lights, TV, blinds and curtains via the Ipad beside your bed which was a nice touch. We would stay here again if the price was right and not high as we have seen before from this hotel. All staff we encountered where friendly."
