"Both my children have attended merbabies since 3 weeks old. They deliver a first class service. The staff are always so welcoming and form great relationships. Both my children are confident in the water and are learning basic steps to keep themselves safe. They have also developed their social skills through interactions with others their age. "My local swimming pool had lessons and we tried them. But when my son turned 3 years old, they decided that I was not allowed to be in the pool with my son and I had to give him tough love. He was not ready to swim by himself yet! Merbabies welcomed us with open arms and teaches my son at his own pace. He is now super confident and independent and loves all the fun activities Lorna and Nicola plan every week. Thank you!"

"Paid £50 thinking it was the price as that’s what the advert and booking page says but it turns out that is a non refundable deposit and you are signing up to a month long rolling contract. Doesn’t say that front and centre but it should! You’ll find it if you scroll right through the terms and conditions. My son wasn’t engaged with the class as it was too basic for him. He’s 4. I’m sure the baby classes are fine but the preschool one is too basic. Can’t get my money back and have to give 30 days notice to leave. Most places offer a trial not these guys. RESPONSE TO COMPANY REPLY I never once threatened you with a bad review, I left this review as an honest feedback of my experience with your business. After multiple emails back and forth and no acknowledgment from you that your payments terms are at the bottom of your terms and the price and deposit are not mentioned in your advert or on the booked booking page I’m sorry but I take that as bad faith."
