No matter what I ever call about or ask for help with its just always the same answer 'No I can't help you' sometimes I'm barely finished my sentence. She's very unhelpful and doesn't seem to care about patients needs. She puts me in mind of that little Britain sketch 'computer says no' broken record. Literally been waiting an hour trying to get a hold of them and no one has been answering the phone. It's been going into a loop and I'm trying to get the results from an x-ray as well as blood tests but instead I'm stuck in limbo trying to get a hold of them. PATHETIC."
