"AVOID! Absolutely awful experience. I tried to get through to a member of staff for several weeks to book my daughter a riding lesson for her 4th birthday. When I finally got through to someone, they were unapologetic and, frankly, did not sound engaged or as if they actually wanted my business. I was concerned about my struggle to make contact so I made it clear the lesson would be on my daughter's birthday and was assured there would be no issue getting through to a member of staff, or with the actual lesson itself. The day before my daughter's birthday I tried to make contact to confirm the lesson would be going ahead... on two separate lines nobody picked up. I then received a phone call on my daughter's birthday to say it won't be taking place giving me staffing issues as the reason. Sam then emailed me less than three hours later to say it was cancelled due to the snow. It had snowed five days prior - did she not think to let me know beforehand? To do this ON my daughter's 4th birthday was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't waste your time with this company. I am absolutely appalled and would advise anyone considering a lesson there to avoid it at all costs."

"Been 3 times horse riding. -£25-30mins -£40- 1hr ride If your a horse lover like me this is the Best place. Helps with Anxiety. Friendly staff and beautiful horses. Well trained and looked after. Horses I’ve ridden -Sam x2 - Roland 1x"

"Really lovely staff very helpful, great riding school offering 1hr lessons for £40 (£65 if riding in the forest). The horses are well kept and looked after & they are just beautiful animals. The also offer pony rides during summer holidays. You can also park you car via empress avenue, which also gives you access to the forest and ponds."

"One of the most relaxing atmosphere in London is definitely this place, the horses are well looked after and the trainers are very helpful. Most of my friends are regular visitors here and therefore be came friends with the owner, who is a very nice person. Big thanks to ‘Aldersbrook Riding School’"

"The horses are always well looked after. Although the yard ain't always as clean as some stables it's not an issue. The staff are always very friendly and it's a great place to do work experience. I've added some photos of when I did my work experience"
