"My daughter started in November and I’m blown away with just how good this nursery is. They are attentive, provide regular updates on activities and development, involve children in cultural celebrations, are focused on becoming a UNICEF accredited nursery as well as an eco-accredited nursery AND provide forest school for pre-schoolers. If I compare this to nurseries my other friends send their children to, it really is next level. Thank you so much for creating a diverse and caring environment for my daughter. I’m so glad I was recommended to you!"

"My child left on 26th August 2021 and they advise it’s 20 days for a deposit refund and still coming to the end of September and still no sign of refund! Communication is poor and staffing is massive issue and staff turnover is high and staff retention is low. Think twice before sending your kids to Treehouse. They even charged us during lockdown even though they were closed!"

"Looks good but management are not visible or available to discuss matters. Good luck ever getting through to them. They conduct dangerous activities in the park and did not take me raising these issues seriously and instead tried to say it was Forest School children when the children clearly had Treehouse bibs on."

"The space in the nursery is lovely and they obviously invested a lot in the rooms, all the rooms are nicely furnished with a lot of toys. However there are too many children in the 2-3 years old rooms and never enough stuff. they are supposed to take the children to the library, their soft play and to the park, but they only do that when they have enough staff which is scarce. The staff do try their best but there is only so much they can do if looking after that many children. Their approach is very much to get the children to eat, sleep and play, no other support is available. They are supposed to use the app to upload updates, there is only one tablet per room and the staff have hard time uploading comments and observations. It's a shame really!!"

"Very well run and professional nursery. My son attended and loved the staff here, who were always attentive and friendly. Great indoor and outdoor spaces keep the kids active and entertained. Highly recommended."
