"Requested a contact lens trial on recommendation of a friend of mine, was told they were great. Had the initial appointment and I needed to provide my last eye test result, got that sorted and was then told had to wait as one of the lenses was different so it had to be ordered. Once it was ordered, I received a call to go in to try and get them fitted, they went in fine, but I had trouble getting them out, so was asked to come back in the following week to try again, so both lenses were put back in the case and in a plastic wallet in a drawer. I then received a call a few days later to say that one of the lenses had been lost (not sure how) and it needed to be ordered in again, when I explained about having the fitting the previous sunday and both lenses were put back safely they were unaware and said they would check and phone me back. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a call. The whole process so far has taken nearly 6 weeks, the whole thing has been a complete shambles and I'm in two minds whether to just give up and go somewhere else instead."
