"I started CBT therapy with Nicole around 6 months ago after finally deciding I needed some help after years of dealing with anxiety. From the first session I immediately felt comfortable with Nicole and her approach, I had been so nervous to even try therapy but it is the best thing I ever did. What worked for me was that sessions were planned but could be flexible depending on what had been going on through the week, so there was never any pressure to get through tasks set out and I always felt I could go to Nicole with anything and be completely honest with how I was feeling. Nicole taught me tools to use to help me get through difficult situations, and helped me to work out the root of my problems and the best way to overcome them. I feel like a completely different person now compared to what I was 6 months ago, and that’s only because of everything I have learned through my sessions. Nicole was very approachable, friendly and personable throughout all of our sessions and I would highly recommend her to anyone."
