"The school used to be good however since changing to an academy it has had a rapid decline in the quality of its teaching and management. Since becoming an academy the school has lost the vast majority of its long serving teaching staff and has in many instances failed to sufficiently fill the gaps left behind. Last years, year three class had over four teachers during the course of the year alongside what the school calls split classes where your year three child is placed in a year one class because they don't have the staff available to teach her class. The school desperately needs to be reasssesed by Ofsted as I don't believe it continues to provide the outstanding quality of education Ofsted awarded it prior to becoming an academy. I have no hesitation in advising parents to avoid this school if the choice permits."
