"I had Hyperhidrosis treatment from cloud nine clinic about 4 weeks ago now. My problem since I was a child was excessive sweating from underarms worse any my friends or anyone had seen just getting dressed i would have to change my T-shirt multiple times ! I just wanted to thank you and leave a review so that other people considering this treatment can see that it does work. My confidence has improved I’m not embarrassed to wear bright colours now, at weekend wore a pink jumper full night out not one drop of sweat whole night! Even during intense weight training I’m still bone dry so i would 100% recommend and the staff were absolute lovely to me and chatted away when I was in 10/10"
"REFUSES TREATMENT IF MASK EXEMPT. Incident occurred in 2021. Arrived for procedure without mask as medically exempt. Greeted at door by woman who said could I wear a mask as nurse has vulnerable members of family. She stated nurse may be running late as works in NHS during the day. Said no and re iterated was medically exempt. When nurse arrived, she asked why I was to wearing mask, again said I was medically exempt. Tasked what was reason for exemption which I declined to give as is my right. She told me I would only need to wear mask for procedure and that she can't provide treatment; other people after me/safety etc. Again said no and asked where was guidelines re refusal of treatment to which she replied 'healthcare improvement Scotland (HES)". I suggested that if she was that concerned re risk that maybe coming from NHS job to private practice and working in two clinical settings was not best idea. As a clinician myself, I have a working knowledge of HES guidelines and medico-legal rights relating to restrictions and refusal of treatment. I said I would contact HES. Nurse said she would also contact them re me! I contacted HES who confirmed 'that we have not offered this guidance to any of our services'. Complaints policy on website states document due for review in 2019. Checked after appointment and checked again now-same document. It is 2022."

"I have had a few treatments here and couldn't be happier. The clinic is immaculate and the hours suit me perfectly. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, they always make me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend and I will be back."
"I was a client of Cloud Nine at their Dumbarton Road location over a period of about 2 years. The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clinical and clean the environment was – making it immediately reassuring. The staffs were always friendly and polite and always offered refreshments upon arrival. Yes, on a couple of occasions I had to wait for quite some time past my actual appointment, but this was usually due to the doctor being held up by their prior work commitments. I felt that given the frequency with which cosmetic treatments are required such delays were acceptable given that for the price you were seeing an actual GP, who really did listen to your expectations and desired results. The aftercare is very good, but I never needed to go back for a top-up. This was probably due to the fact that, like I said, an actual doctor (with knowledge of facial anatomy) administered the injections – always giving a very pleasing result. As a result of these positive experiences I introduced one of my friends to Cloud Nine, who also became a frequent client for a period (I am a serial recruiter of friends and work colleagues). As a (previously) regular customer to Cloud Nine I have to say that it ranks very highly among the cosmetic clinics I have visited in the past, the only thing that deterred both myself and my acquaintance in the end was the introduction of the two-tier charging system for males and females (a 20% increase for males). Although this is not a great deal of money for the service received I felt it was a bit unfair and I was left perplexed by this decision. If this is due to a higher dosage for males/stronger muscles I feel that maybe this could maybe be for the first year of regular appointments. However, as with regular injections, the muscle loses strength, can there really be considered a continued difference between the muscle strength variations between the two sexes? (I myself have been having botox since 2008). However, on the basis of quality and professionalism I am more than happy to recommend Cloud Nine. Billy"
