"Usually, there's a wave of teachers in September and they stay for about a year, then leave. By June/July there are literally no teachers left just cover teachers who know nothing about the subject. students don't learn anything towards the end of the year due to a lack of teachers. staff are extremely disrespectful to students and parents. students are left distressed and burnt out when leaving and some students don't get the support they need. there's a huge issue with bullying and fights happening all the time. the meals and snacks are really expensive, the food is also poorly made and not appetizing. this school does not care about the mental health and well-being of students and gives hour-long detentions for no reason. they also seem to think isolation is the answer to everything when it actually puts more stress on students. the closest bus to the school is extremely small and is always packed leaving some students having to wait hours for the next bus. Overall this is a terrible school and I would not recommend sending your child here."
"Actually really discussing treatment. Exam results day. No support from the teacher. Very badly organised. No career option. Teachers with attitudes. Do not go to this school. Alway have cover teachers teaching students"
"This school was absolutely horrendous. I attended for six years from year seven to twelve, despite the school being a science school there was a severe lack of science teachers and I often had cover teacher who knew nothing about the subjects and on two occasions my class was left without a teacher for the entire period. This school is very bad at dealing with bullying, which happened frequently at the school, and believed isolation was the only option. They are shockingly bad at dealing with mental health or students with hidden disabilities. Teachers are often rude and are unable to deal with classrooms, the school also seems unable to keep teachers and by the end of my education at this school there were only a handful of teachers who had been there as long or longer than I had, every September there would be a wave of new teachers and often they would not stay longer than two years. While there are a few teachers at this school who care about students wellbeing this definitely can not be said for all teachers or senior members of staff. While the school produces good results students are left stressed and burned out with little support from staff. I would definitely not recommend sending your child to this school."
"Overall, the subjects and teachers are ok but many of them lack good communication skills. However, it still a great school to meet new friends."
"do not recommend. This will ruin your child’s mental and social health, if you care about your child please resign them from this joke of a school ,This school is full of bullying and rude and disrespectful people , this includes the teachers who are very rude and unprofessional. They also ignore your child’s safety and issues within the school and with your child. horrible and dangerous school."
