"For all the new students starting in September, its not as bad as these other kids describe it. Some rules are strict but we do get the best grades so it pays off. Take it from me, someone who's been there for 5 years, you will be grateful to go to a school that pushes you to reach your potential even if it may not be fun at times. Some of the reviews here left by other kids has got me laughing"

"Best decision was to enroll at this school. I have been previously troubled at my last school and this school has done so much for me and created so many good memories for me to reflect and look back on. My head of year and teachers did everything they could to help me excel at my GCSEs and I ended up having very good grades. The school has been so encouraging and has helped me to become a better version of myself."

"They lie about the bullying. I constantly get laughed at because of my height ( short ) and the teachers see it but just don't do anything at all. And the some of the food which was advertised as halal was not at all. They expect way too much from you and 2 weeks into year 7 my jumper and money was taken out and stolen from my backpack. Also, if you are even a minute or few late in the morning you get a 15 minute detention and if you hand in your home work you get and hour detention. Do yourself a favour and don't come to this school."

"This school is HORRIBLE. The extracurricular activities aren't organised properly and the teachers are incredibly disrespectful. I have been, and still am, bullied by girls at my school. I have told several teachers numerous times but nothing ever happens. I go to psychology because I have anxiety and I leave during school. On the first day I had to go, the office didn't let me go because I didn't have a note from my teacher. No one told me I needed a note from my teacher?? I had a note from my mother, isn't that enough?? They REFUSED to let me leave to go somewhere to help with my MENTAL HEALTH which was getting WORST by the bullying of girls at school. The teachers let you STARVE if you don't have money or your lunch card and the cost of the food is WAY too high, plus, the food is disgusting. We aren't allowed the LEAST bit of freedom, like make up, nail painting, hair dying or wearing jewellry. As girls, a lot of people like to wear make up or dying their hair, so I think it's stupid that we can't express ourselves. If you have nail varnish or you wear fake nails to school, they FORCE you to cut them off. That's so stupid?! Along with that, they give whole year detentions if a few kids were messing about. Overall, this school is terrible and I regret coming here."

"I went to this school my first time. Firstly, the lunch is too expensive to have it all 365 days of the year. Also the machine for the card lunch sometimes it does not work, it doesn't accept small coins or new 5 pounds note. If you have forgotten your lunch card or your money you have no choice but to not to eat at all. Secondly, the school is very strict, they give you detention even though is your first time being late (even one minute) or your first time not doing your homework which is something normal because we are human beings. Furthermore, the teachers and staff are very rude and disrespectful with the students, we understand that it is to give education to the students but we are all humans and we have to respect each other not talk to us disrespectfully shouting at us like we are dogs. Overall, I think this school is no good."
