"Regarding this school my opinion is that is very sad to see who is teaching our children. I have experience when teacher was not telling the truth regarding incident. I have exsperience when the student was taken out of extra education just because he was not standing strait when he was talking to the teacher. When called to complain the same teacher told me you are shouting at me. She confirmed to me o the phone that the student is much better now after he was out of extra course but in two weeks from that phone call received letter that my son has low grade. Try to make appointment with director is not posible. I dont need to tell you more just go in web page of Ofsted inspection and you can see."
"This school is disgraceful a shame to humanity. They teach utter rubbish, Their teaching is so bad that even if you do GCSE's there they are as useful as a primary school drawing of a dog! Some stuck of brats come to this school even though its rated the 3rd worst school in London. They should be ashamed. disgusting. I came here for a tournament its sooooo horrible"
"Students from this school are extremely rude. I have been called name, spat at and once asaulted by a student for telling him to pick up the rubish he droped. Every day I dread the school run; students will be at the bus 46/24 on Malden Road pushing old people out of the way, using crude inappropriate language."
"The best experience of my life. Mr Sheffield head of maths was my tutor. He was a wonderful tutor. My Dowd, totally changed Haverstock, one of the best schools in Camden."
"If you are thinking of going here for sixth form, don't bother. The head of sixth form doesn't bother to show up for results day (ever) so why should you? The senior leadership team at Haverstock are on a constant power trip. The teaching is sub-standard. Studying sociology at Haverstock was also horrible, we didn't even have a proper classroom which was extremely destructive! Also, from what I have heard from many friends, avoid the mathematics department like the plague. They have a certain philosophy which is paradoxical. If you do well, it's down to the teachers, whereas if you do bad it's down to yourself. When in actual reality, students only do well at Haverstock since they have to self-teach everything from day 1. Avoid the sciences like the plague apart from Physics as they have some great teachers over there. Haverstock do not publish their A levels results for good reason (not many people pass let alone get amazing grades) End of 2nd year (of sixth form) are an absolute joke. There is no point to them. If you have read this far and still want to go to Haverstock, I suggest you start to self-teach from day 1 and learn the system so you don't have power hungry senior leadership staff hound you for no reason. However, get amazing grades in your first year (AS) and you can walk around like a celebrity! Just take a look at their website, it's still stuck in the early 00's!
