"If I could do 100/100 I definitely would wasn’t feeling good with having heart palpitations and chest pains on Wednesday really wasn’t feeling good mum phoned paramedics and they were at house within 40 min from what I can remember paramedics were really lovely caring and nice and understanding due to my mental health and special needs etc paramedics were Murray and holly 100/100 from care I received from them they made me feel at ease was in back with holly and she was really lovely and friendly got took to hospital and 2 nurses were waiting for me they were really lovely and understanding to they made me feel at ease think one of the nurses was called lynsday not sure of the other persons name she had blonde hair and was really friendly to women who done my ecg was good with me to the dr not sure of his name was really kind friendly understanding and taking time to answer all symptoms I had etc chest X-ray girl was nice to all the staff were really lovely understanding caring friendly can’t thank them enough for helping me on on Friday I felt really not good into early hours of Saturday phoned 111 and they were lovely to they advised me to go out to A&E again due to same symptoms I was having as off Wednesday and the nurse was really lovely wasn’t sure of her name and the dr was really nice I think her name was Rachel really quick and the care is received was 100/100 thankyou all again!"
"Fell and broke hip at home in Port Glasgow was transferred to Inverclyde Royal Hospital after hip operation Paisley. Arrived K North and all the staff were fantastic at looking after all the patients first class service can't fault it at all so would like to thank yous all for all the care I received x"
"Just want to thank all staff at IRH for looking after my daughter so well on 2nd Nov 2022 when she had a severe asthma attack. Paramedics took her there rather than usual hosp as there was a long wait. The attention and care she received at IRH was second to none. Thankyou to call handler, paramedics, who arrived within 10 mins ,consultants doctors,nurses respiratory nurse,student nurse ,pharmacist, auxiliary nurses porters and reception staff for a your care and attention"
"The place is nothing but a crumbling charnel house with insolent and incompetent doctors. The nurses in the main are nice and pleasant but some are downright evil. I'd rather die in the street choking in my own blood than go back there."
