"Fairly priced for most items, however on price delivery is too expensive, also and nightmare to get a hold of. Never answer the phones which isn't good from an enquiry or after sales point of view, also to arrange an uplift this can only be arranged via an online form apparently due to covid, this does not cater for people who do not have access online, again this is also the same excuse/reason due to the lack of answering of the phones, in my opinion they are just using covid as an excuse as the lack of answering the phone were pre covid. Lastly cram far to much stuff in and isn't really accessible for all."
