"This review is for Sutton Coldfield store, I had a stiletto heel that the black tip had come off, I was told in Timpson’s, they only repair them in pairs, and they would have to charge me for a pair which was 10 pounds, seriously ?, went in to BSC in Sutton Coldfield, no problem no fuss, 4 pounds job done thank you"

"I was initially impressed by the service of this company as my shoes were dispatched very quickly and were with me in a few days however when they arrived they were damaged and not of the quality I’d expect after spending £180. I emailed straight the way with photos and asking what the next step would be to resolve this, after a week of no response I had no choice but to send them back otherwise they’d have been outside the return window. A week has gone by since the return and still no refund nor a reply to my email. I won’t be using this company again nor recommending them, quick to Take my money but I’m now £180 down with no shoes to show for it. Disgusting service."

"As much as I want to praise the guys from the company for their help and great communication I am utterly disappointed of the overall experience. Ordered one of my most desired boots for my birthday only to be told they don’t have them in stock. Waited for 6 weeks and been told it will be another 4-6 weeks. Now if you don’t have stock you don’t advertise it and collect the money for the order..."

From the two excellent salesmen, running up and down stairs at my whim and comfortable chairs, to arranging to have my shoes sent to my home address.
