"Really dissapointed, they totally broke my trust. After a few years of my 2 kids being with them, we were affected for the lock down and they just refused to refund the lessons not given as they were lost "out" of their hands. Well... it really were also lost out of our hands! and after this custumer service I will never go back! Take this in account, you will pay in advance (not cheap either!) and if in this uncertain times something happens out of their hands... , they will not refund you so good luck and fingers crossed nothing happens! I will not take the chance anymore!"
"I been meaning to write this for a while. Both my kids attend these classes we tried a few around Watford. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. Great safety and caring staff. Richard thought my son a very channeling boy and transformed him. Had him swimming in weeks without aims and gave him confidence. Seriously if you looking for small classes, nice pool and great teachers this is the swimming club for your kids."
