Reviews of Pinner High School
"The boys at this school are very ruff. Otherwise it’s fantastic!"
"This school needs to invest heavily in diversity training. The children present of black origin have no representation of themselves amongst the staff. A very disappointing depiction of current society. The school leadership is weak and ambiguous and the staff exhibit little passion in extracting a childs real ability. Children are subject to very narrow minded perceptions of themselves. If you have a child with a mind of their own or whom voices their feelings, or steps up to request points of leadership avoid this school at all costs and save the mental fatigue sorting out minor issues it will cost you. Staff seem to be cut from the same cloth, instead of embracing differences they would rather stifle cultural pride. I have to repair the damage this school has caused to my child. Instead of trying to be Nower Hill 2.0 the school needs to connect with the wider society and stimulate the new generation of thinkers."
"My son's first year at Pinner High was full of excellent opportunities, numerous trips and events to participate in, and fun weekly House Events. The school has continued to offer excellent teaching into year two from inspirational teachers, in a safe and friendly atmosphere, where he has continued to excel."
"The staff at Pinner High have been excellent at helping my son to settle in. I feel the school is making good progress in helping my child to grow both socially and academically. I also think the Head's Challenge is such an amazing idea! I'm so glad that my son has such a wide variety of activities to choose from."
"Fantastic school. Staff are supportive, passionate and caring. They focus on individual child needs and my son is happy here."
