"Since last 2 years, the school culture is significantly changing. Some of the teachers are getting quite negative and the environment of helping student is disappearing. Now the teachers are discouraging and even bringing the confidence down of bright students. This is apparent in the school recent results (check the government website). In fact a number of students are leaving the school due to the teachers mind-set, particularly in GCSE and A levels."
