"Called today and was told they had my exact medication in stock. Then handed my prescription in and was told yet again (from a different member of staff) that they definately had the exact medication in stock and to return after 1.30pm. After returning, the so called manager told the front staff to tell me they didn't have any at all. Manager should try to have more of a 'managerial' approach rather than a personal grievance with someone you dislike! So unprofessional. Can't fault any of the girls who serve, all lovely. Won't be back!"

"Staff shortages, new IT and Brexit clearly causing problems for the always friendly staff but they need to stop saying prescriptions will be ‘ready tomorrow’ if they won’t be. Three times I went back to be told to come back the following day. Complete waste of time. Took the scrip to Boots on South Street and had it within 10 minutes."

"Total joke, lucky my projects teams are able to deal without me for an hour. Takes that to pick up a prescription that is weekly!!!! If you need process redesign, IT training and management of staff guidance I'm willing to give up my weekends to train staff not to run around like headless chickens. Even when I am away with work I am expected to phone to allow someone that stays at my address to pick up my medication, even when they also have the same second name. If head office can't see how much this chemist is failing to achieve results, then please feel free to get an operational director to respond as this is inefficiency at its finest. Can't fault the way the front of house staff"
