Reviews of LloydsPharmacy
"Literally not open after walking round there on a Monday at 11.30am. No signs or anything to say why its closed. Terrible service."
"My daughter is suppose to get her medications from the as it's near her GP but since they changed staff, it's horrible! They have delayed delivery, not informed us of delay due to stock, so we end up not knowing and no medication! The manger there is horrifically rude and will cause delay if you make a complaint to their main office! It's abuse of power and they treat customers now very badly!"
"I am 70 years of age I suffer from chronic asthma, I have just gone through 10 days of gastric flu and now I have got a chest infection and had been subscribed steroids as I am now struggling to breath My daughter ran me to the chemist yesterday to pick up but as usual it would be 15 to 30 min wait it would have been a 3 min job. I was unable to wait so I told them that I would be back the following day. It was blowing a gale I could hardly breath as I waited for the bus then I took a coughing fit had to go back home. I got back in to the house I was still having a coughing fit as I called the chemist and told her that I was unable to pick up my prescription she asked for my name and she said it was ready for pick up I asked if I could get a delivery as I was unable to pick up she cold heartedly told me that they do not have a driver on a Saturday I told her that I needed it but she just kept repeating that they don't have a driver on a Saturday I was going through a coughing fit while on the phone but to no avail. So it looks like I am going to end up in hospital this weekend because of her attitude. Lloyds goes that extra mile piffle they are terrible when it comes to customer service or lack of."
"I have been using this branch of Lloyd's for almost 30 years now and over the past few years their service/customer service has gone steadily downhill, reaching the point now where it is almost non-existent. It used to be a pleasure to shop there but now I get the immediate impression on entering that they are doing me a favour by being there. Prescriptions go missing between surgery and pharmacy and the blame always falls on the surgery. Prescriptions are nearly always short of at least one item and it now seems to be taking longer to receive the prescription on each visit. Unfortunately I don't seem to be the only customer experiencing these issues as several people have commented on similar issues which have affected them. Ironically the shop has a very large poster in the window proclaiming "Lloyds, a new approach to Healthcare". I hope that this is not it!!!"
"I've been getting my kids meds here every month for years, despite this I still don't get the full prescription. One member of the counter staff is very rude and basically called my son a liar when he went in for OTC meds for his stepdad. I would go elsewhere but I don't drive and it's my nearest pharmacy."
