"Worst chemist I have ever used! Shop is dirty and always late opening. Whether it's in the morning or at lunch. There is always huge waiting times, prescriptions getting lost. This is not new for this shop. They have one lady working at reception and she needs help!! There is too much work for her to cope with. I have now been standing in the cue for 20 minutes and only one person been seen.update I waited for one hour and my prescription was not there oh what a surprise!! This is terrible service one lady running the whole shop. Oh great stand in the cue for one hour to be told they don't have it but doctors say it is there. This is another thing that happens a lot hear!. It is absolutely terrible service..this just gets worse today. My partner has went to collect her prescription and the lady behind the desk has lost it with another customer and thrown everyone out the shop!! So now you have people who need there meds not getting them. This is absolutely outrageous!! My partner is now going to have to go to hospital as her pain has got so bad!! I am so shock regarding this place!"
