"I have orders 3 black and gold chairs from this company, after 4 weeks the gold paint has come off. I contacted them and they said they will only replace if i have the original packaging (who keeps cardboard that long) they refused to replace my chair and offered 10% off. If you buy from this company save your packaging forever ! or use a company that offers a better customer service. So after disputing this with PayPal, i lost my claim to get my money back from Usman Majid who works at Modern home interiors, who has taken great pleasure in this and emailed me to gloat ...haha wow great customer service!"
