"We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting the right bed for us in the Hamilton store. If you need a bed, go here! We highly recommend it. It’s a smaller store but the customer service is outstanding! Bozena, the manager welcomed us when we came in but then gave us time to look around. After we tried out some beds at our leisure and we’re able to chat to each other, Bozena came over and gave us some advice on the beds we were looking at, she then gave us some more time to think. Once we decided on what we wanted, she was fantastic at getting all the right deals in place for us. She did this all with such energy and enthusiasm and it was 7:30pm in the evening after what must’ve been a long day! She then talked us through the care plan for the mattress and bed and booked a delivery date that was suitable for us. Throughout the whole process, she listened to our needs and our price range and worked with us to get the best possible bed. We left there with a nice new bed, headboard, mattress, pillows and mattress protectors. Which we are very please with and excited for it to arrive. Thank you so much Bozena!"
