"Felt uncomfortable with dozens of dead flies all over the showroom floor. Regular customer at designer rooms but this put me off shopping there."
"I have had a terrible experience with their customer service after purchasing this chair. As you can see from the image the chair is spotless and I had purchased it in October 2020. The chair has barely been used and after I had some guests over it was used once and when someone sat on it, it came flying forward. I explained all of this to Designer Rooms and stated that within the consumer rights act of 2015 in Scotland that the chair has not been made to standard and I would like a replacement or repair (no refund). I have attached my very nice response to my issue with the chair in this review. This is not the service you expect after spending £2000 on other furniture in the store. I found a joiner to come to repair and inspect the chair and has stated that it is very poorly made and the structural framework is very poor. As an engineer myself I have determined the maximum capacity the chair should be able to take given the structural framework inside and it is not suffice for a human being. I will be raising this matter forward to pushing it through trading standards. This is not acceptable for a £400 chair. I will not be buying anything else from this store."
"Bought 3 couches in May 2021 was told around 6 weeks, 7 MONTHS later and still waiting, customer service is a joke, if I didn't phone them for updates I'd still be waiting on an explanation, its because its imported thats the issue apparently. I'll never shop here again, the shops over priced, I've seen lots of lovely couches half the price while waiting, kicking myself for purchasing from here, hoping I have some furniture to sit on by christmas"
"This is my second purchase from the shop .The staff are always friendly and helpful. I baught a nest of tables first time they are very unusual lots of compliments about them.We can't wait for our dinning table to come .Jennifer was so helpful and put my chairs next to the table I'm getting nothing was a problem. ITs my new shop for something different. Thanks again girls.xx"
